Scottish non-binary singer/songwriter Jacob Alon released their debut single, Fairy in a Bottle in September 2024 and rose to prominence in early 2025 supporting Olly Alexander on his Up Close and Polari tour.

The 24 year old initially attended Edinburgh University to study theoretical physics and medicine but dropped out to pursue music and began touring Edinburgh’s folk circuit. In June 2025, the singer played Glastonbury on the BBC’s Introducing stage, performing songs from their debut album, In Limerence, released in May. In Autumn 2025 they are supporting musician and poet, Kae Tempest on their UK tour.
